Thank you so much for your grant. We have returned from our holiday in Cyprus, relaxed, rejuvenated and very happy.
As you can see from our photos, I was able to spend lots of time in the pool, (my favourite pastime). Although I can no longer swim like I used to, any form of hydrotherapy helps tremendously with both my levels of mobility and pain management. It also makes me laugh and smile, which is something I haven't done for a while.
We were able to get out and about, see the sights, go to the beach and enjoy lots of lovely traditional Cypriot dishes too. He was able to relax in the sunshine and pursue his beloved photography hobby. I've sent a few photos, but don't want to bore you too much with too many.

Words cannot describe what a positive influence the holiday had on both of us, it has really set us up for the year ahead.
